    Pamela’s

    Indulge in the rich flavors of our nation at Pamela’s, where American regional cuisine is harmoniously paired with local spirits, wines, and beers. From Northeast chowders to West Coast cioppino, grilled steaks, and expertly prepared seafood, Pamela’s offers an upscale yet relaxed dining experience, serving all-day brunch and dinner. Pamela’s is named in honor of Jerry Bruni, a 1970 graduate of the Academy, and his wife Pam. As philanthropic supporters of Hotel Polaris, this duo exemplifies service before self and the unwavering support family members provide cadets throughout their careers.

    Ride the elevator up to The Aviator, where expansive views of the Academy and the Rocky Mountains are the only things that rival the shareable appetizers and exceptional craft cocktails. Inspired by philanthropic supporter and 1964 Academy graduate Hugh Williamson and his wife Nan, The Aviator honors this distinguished class, which produced Rhodes scholars, four-star generals, astronauts, and more.

    Grab a seat at the bar and raise a glass or a whole cocktail flight to Cadet Squadron-27 Thunderbirds and 1987 squad member, and philanthropic supporter Alex Gilbert, and his wife Kate for giving Thunderbird Bar wings. Stocked with the finest spirits, American wines, craft beers, and gifted mixologists, we take your libation options seriously.

    Before you dash off to conquer the day, refuel at the Grab-and-Go Café. Stocked with hot and cold snacks, freshly brewed and specialty coffees and teas, there’s no need to leave the hotel hungry. With sustenance in hand, you’re now ready to go the distance.

  • Backyard Bites

    Overlooking the pool and adjacent to the expansive Flat Iron Plaza, Backyard Bites will offer seasonal snacks and refreshing drinks. This casual dining option will include a walkup window allowing guests to grab refreshments to enjoy in the relaxing setting provided by the plaza and pool. The Flat Iron Plaza, named in honor of the Academy 1994 graduating class, will include outdoor fireplaces, inviting outdoor seating and sweeping views of the Academy and surrounding mountains.
